Aficionado \uh-fish-ee-uh-NAH-doh\, noun: An enthusiastic admirer; a fan.

My version, done without looking at the entry below. Not sure where this idea came from, started off as two bottles of wine but got changed a bit. Nobody would ever know what the word is from the illustration, but I'm not too worried about that.
